Think Fast 24 Hour Telephone Banking System

Gives you immediate access to the information you need most often:
  • Make checking and savings account balance inquires.
  • Determine the last five transactions on your account.
  • Transfer money from one account to another.
  • Make your loan payments by phone.
  • Get rate and bank product information.
Using The System

Before using FAST , make sure you have your account number handy. It appears on your statement or the bottom of your check. Also have your Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) available. The first time you call, your P.I.N. will be the last four digits of your social security or tax I.D. number that is associated with your account. You will then be instructed how to change your P.I.N. to a new four digit number that only you know. 

STEP 1 - Call FAST from a touch tone phone anytime.
STEP 2 - After the greeting, you will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose.
      Access these selections from the Opening Menu simply by pressing the corresponding number on
      your telephone:

Opening Menu

      Press 1 - to access account information
      Press 2 - for rate and product information
      Press 3 - for instructions on how to use this system

      If you wish to end this call, please hang up at any time. If you are not calling from a touch-tone    
      phone, please hold for assistance during regular banking hours.

STEP 3 - If you select 1 from the Opening Menu to access the Account Selection Menu, you will
      be asked to select the type of account information you need, then enter your account number
      followed by the * (star) key. Next you, will be asked to enter your P.I.N. After your available
      account balance has been given, the Account Selection Menu will repeat and simply press the
      additional option you need.

Account Selection Menu

      To access these selections, press the corresponding number on your telephone when prompted:

      Press 1 - for information on checking accounts
      Press 2 - for information on savings accounts
      Press 3 - for information on loan accounts
      Press 4 - for information on time deposit accounts
      Press 5 - for rate and product information
      Press 9 - to repeat this menu
      Press 0 - to speak with a Customer Service Representative during regular banking hours

      Other menus are available under each Account Selection Menu number.
 
Checking Menu

      Press 1 - for your checking account balance
      Press 2 - for previous account transactions
      Press 3 - for deposit information
      Press 4 - for specific check inquiry
      Press 5 - to transfer funds
      Press 6 - for interest information
      Press 7 - to change your P.I.N. number
      Press 8 - to return to the Account Selection Menu
      Press 9 - to repeat this menu
      Press 0 - to speak with a Customer Service Representative during regular banking hours
      Press * - to access another account

Rate and Product Menu

      Select 2 from the Opening Menu to access the Rate and Product Menu. For current rates, press
      the corresponding number on your telephone when prompted by FAST to access these selections.
  
      Press 1 - for interest checking and savings rates        
      Press 2 - for rates on certificates of deposit
      Press 3 - for rates on money market accounts
      Press 4 - for rates on I.R.A.s
      Press 8 - to return to the Account Selection Menu
      Press 9 - to repeat this menu
      Press 0 - to speak with a Customer Service Representative during regular banking hours

Thus, after December 31, 2009, funds held in noninterest-bearing transaction accounts will no longer be guaranteed in full under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, but will be insured up to $250,000 under the FDICs general deposit insurance rules.
